Roberta Sabbatini, the Founder and Managing Director, is a experienced and trained teacher. She has a passion for languages, cooking and travel. Roberta speaks fluent English, nice French, German and Chinese (Mandarin) and is keen to share her unique learning techniques with students. Roberta's family used to own two traditional restaurants at the seaside near Rome where she spent hours in the kitchen perfecting her grandmother's recipes.
