Fantastic Firm
I had previously used another firm, but was unhappy with them. COMBAT pest control were fantastic, helpful, efficient and well priced. They kept me informed every step of the way. They took photos of before and after of my loft, following a squirrel infestation, and drew a plan of the area that had been affected. I cannot recommend them highly enough. You will not find a better firm. Value for Money

Professional & Efficient
We had a problem with rodents in the house and I contacted Combat, who straight away called me back and talked through the whole service and costs. The engineers arrived on time and were professional, courteous and really knowledgeable. The whole service is a very well run, with both the people that come to your house and the office/admin side. Mat came to do the proofing and did a fantastic job, very thorough and took the time to asses every area that may need proofing. Mat also left the areas very clean and tidy as well. They don't skimp on product and are really passionate about getting the job done. I would highly recommend Combat and the icing on the cake is that they provide funds for charities and seem to have a really good ethos with their workforce. Value for Money

Happy to recommend
I contacted Combat back in April after spotting rat/s in our small, neat, tidy and pet free garden. (I'm petrified of them!) They responded swiftly, to arrange a site visit. Chris was professional, courteous, punctual and explained the process. He advised and implemented on a plan of action. After two visits no more sightings (the relief!) After our third scheduled visit he advised they'd 'gone'. I was still very nervous but was reassured that the bait boxes would be left in situ for a further month and if we did see anything we could call as it was all part of the plan. I always mean to leave reviews, but never get round to it - making an exception for Combat as am so impressed. Value for Money

Experts in what they do!
Combat Pest Control has been extremely helpful and professional, when dealing with my current mice issue. Mathew provided me with clear information, he answered all my questions and did an excellent job identifying all entry points, implemented a plan to make the mice go away, and he placed the bait exactly where it should be. I would recommend anyone with rodent issues, to contact Combat Pest Control - they’ll do an excellent job. Value for Money

Excellent service
Combat dealt swiftly and efficiently with a burrow of rats in our garden. They also sealed entry points in to the house. Everything was completed according to the agreed schedule and budget. Things that stood out: their professionalism and expertise. They were incredibly helpful (and reassuring!) and did a really competent job. The entry sealing was a big job and the operative left the kitchen spotless. Follow up package also clearly signalled. Value for Money

Combat treated carpets in 2 rooms for a moth infestation. Their conduct including the initial telephone conversation, the visit, and email communication providing information and confirmation, was professional throughout. Gary, the operative, arrived promptly and was very courteous. work was successfully completed in one visit, at the agreed price. Gary also removed all the books from a tall bookcase, in order to move it, and returned the books afterward in exactly the same order! Very satisfied. I am also very happy that my custom has meant a donation to a charity that education for street children in Afghanistan. I recommend Combat and I won't hesitate to use them again if the need arises. Professional, knowledgeable, polite, tidy, punctual. A squirrel in the roof, traps set, food taken but pest clever and got away. Third trap set another visit arranged at no extra cost. Very fair. Will carry out work to suspected entry point next visit. We could not wish for better care. They're all ex military that support charities and we think their ethos is great. Pest control with military precision.
Being very concerned about our pest problem, it was a huge relief when operative Dan arrived, every inch the supreme professional. Dan's knowledge of pests was immense and he explained thoroughly how he was going to carry out the fumigation and what the expeced outcome would be. From the beginning it was clear how highly Dan placed our safety and our pet's. When we returned home, at the time Dan had specified, we found that there was virtually no odour and very little sign that anything had been done. As we expected, the fumigation was a complete success and we are pest-free. I can't recommend Combat highly enough. Thank you very much. Value for Money

Incredibly professional, competent and I could not recommend highly enough
Over three years or more we have failed to rid our kitchen / basement of visiting rats. Rentokil sent over 3 different people, all junior/inexperienced and not particularly polite. So we tried combat instead. Danny visored is three times. He was incredibly polite and was immediately on to finding a solution, finding the cause immediately (incidentally looking in areas rentokil had not even bothered to look despite being obvious to experienced professionals. Value for Money
