Our strengths are that we realise every business is different, we enjoy what we do, and we do not mind suggesting better alternatives even if they would bring us less revenue. As you might expect from this, our rate of customer turnover is low. The spread of broadband means people can tell a fast website from a slow one. Our webservers sit on very fast Internet connections and we don't artificially limit the bandwidth available, or cram so many websites onto servers that busier sites find themselves with insufficient bandwidth.
