Thank you for visiting the Independent Schools Council (ISC) website. This is your gateway to the services we supply for heads, bursars, governors, teachers, parents, the media and the public. The ISC represents 1, 280 independent schools educating more than 500, 000 kids. Our schools are accredited by the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) and the Head of each ISC school is a member of one of our Heads' Associations. ISC schools cover the whole academic selection. They cover a huge social selection, with nearly a 3rd of kids receiving aid with their school fees.
