Established in 1949, the Mental Health Foundation is a leading UK charity that supplies information, carries out research, campaigns and works to improve services for anyone affected by mental health problems, whatever their age and wherever they live. Our vision is a mentally healthy world where people are free from the suffering caused by mental illness. 2009 is our diamond jubilee year. Throughout the last six decades we currently have pioneered new ways of looking at mental health and how to improve the lives of people experiencing mental illness.
