Working with Oakland was a breeze. Alfie is probably the best leasing agent I've worked with. I moved to the UK as a new resident form the US and he ensured I understood each step of the process and kept me in the loop especially with ensuring my Right to Rent checks were secured in a timely fashion. I seldom write a review but we think it is vital for us to write a review to Oakland Estates for helping us a lot, especially Alfie. He provided us with professional ideas and advice throughout our first-time renting process. We had queries on each stage of the process and he explained to us clearly and efficiently with kindness and prompt response, even we moved in!

We just followed his well-organised guidelines and instructions step-by-step for the renting. His great assistance eased our worries on our first-time renting. After moving-in, Ricky responded promptly to communicate with landlord when we raised out some issues on the house. I do not normally write reviews but my experience warrants one! In one word - fantastic In a few words, the following - I spent a good few hours calling various agents I came across Oakland Estate. From my initial conversation through to letting my property within a matter of weeks (during a fairly quite part of the year), my expectations were exceeded.

I have a full time job and didn't have time to source the necessary costings/work/time for redecorating, vetting and identifying tenants. Jay (my contact at Oakland Estate) not only dealt with these, but seemed to have managed them efficiently with ease, providing me updates and recommendations along the way. The due diligence Oakland Estate carries out on prospective tenants are second to none, evidenced from repairs carried out by the tenants which would have cost me substantially!

I have some other important property related business to deal with which Jay had provided expert advice and where required assisted himself or provided direction for. All in all, extremely happy with their service and look forward to continuing to work with Oakland Estate!
