Michael has over eight years senior management experience as well as serving over six years in the Royal Marines. As a reservist, he passed both the Regular Royal Marine POC (potential officers course) and the AIB (Admiralty Interview Board) in 2004 for a Corp commission. Through RMR, he has had a dynamic training schedule scoping from the primary jungle of Brunei to the open plains of Dartmoor. He has 5 years knowledge within financial crime and major fraud matters from his time at Abbey Stockbrokers, working for the London Stock Exchange and Merrill Lynch.
