Really Great Personal Service

I came across Charles and the Tax Faculty when researching the internet for the best way to reduce capital gains tax.
It really only took me on phone call which got straight through to him and we discussed my situation. within a few minuets he had a plan and was able to support this with the relevant tax rulings, he was able to do this due to his extensive knowledge of these issues gained when working for HMRC!!
With in a few days I received a comprehensive report and calculations with clear instructions on what to do next. During this time I spoke to him several times and each time he took the time to answer my questions in full. Charles really understood the situation and I also felt like his only client as we were able to pick up each time from where we left off with no problems. I have already recommended Charles to a friend who may soon be in a similar CGT position.
